We are one of the leading, most established dumpster rental companies, and because of that, we get many questions from people who have never hired a dumpster. Most of those questions center around how they can hire a dumpster and how much it will cost, in addition to a few others. This article will attempt to answer some of the most commonly asked questions we get from people.
If you have a question that hasn’t been answered here, please feel free to call us.
What Do You Allow In A Commercial Dumpster?
Our commercial dumpsters are large enough to accommodate everything from household garbage to yard waste and construction material. However, what’s more important is what you can’t dispose of in our dumpsters. Usually, hazardous waste like chemicals and old batteries can’t be disposed of in our dumpsters. If you are not sure, please call to verify to avoid any inconvenience.
How To Rent A Roll-off Dumpster From You?
Fortunately, we’ve worked hard to make renting a dumpster for our clients easy over the years. Today, it is quick and yet affordable to hire a dumpster, regardless of size. All you need is to choose what size dumpster you want to hire, give us your location, and we’ll make sure it is delivered. All of this information can be given to one of our team members over the phone. You can then call us to schedule a pickup. We make sure that your experience is as hassle-free and quick as possible with the industry’s lowest ‘hold’ times.
What’s The Best Way to Load A Dumpster?
You can toss everything you don’t need over the top into it. Continue adding what you don’t need until the dumpster is filled to the brim. We strongly advise that you don’t fill the dumpster beyond that. Also, make sure that there isn’t anything protruding off the top of the dumpster. If that’s the case, it can make it more challenging for us to remove the dumpster from your property.
What Size is Right For Me?
Many people renting a dumpster for the first time may not know what size best suits their needs. A dumpster that’s too large can be hard to accommodate, and if it’s too small, it might not accommodate all your trash. We always tell clients to think of it this way: they need a cubic yard dumpster for every dozen standard-size trash bags. In other words, a two-yard dumpster (if there was one) can hold 24 bags.
Do You Recycle the Trash?
We strongly encourage all clients to recycle whatever they can so that there is less trash in landfills. We also strive to make sure that the majority of whatever we collect can be recycled. However, many items, unfortunately still end up in landfills. You can always call to find out how we manage your trash after it is collected from your home or place of business.
