What payment methods are accepted?
Value Waste Services Fresno accepts most major credit cards, such as Discover, American Express and Mastercard. For our commercial customers, company checks can be arranged. As of this time, we are unable to accept cash.
How do you generate a bill for ongoing dumpster service?
When you call us at (559) 338-6838 we can provide you with a quote. At this time we will also provide you with details like the invoice, delivery date and on which date your payment will be processed.
Can I put anything in the dumpster?
Most things, yes! But there are some restricted items which we can’t allow our customers to put in our containers, such as hazardous chemicals, flammable or can otherwise cause damage to the environment or the container. If there is any item you are unsure of, feel free to give us a call!
Are there guidelines for loading my dumpster?
All the debris must be placed inside the container, within the steel walls of the dumpster. There cannot be anything hanging-over the sides, or that rises about the sides of the container. This presents a hazard on the road and the driver will not pick up the dumpster until it is fixed.

What is the rental period?
Our dumpster rental period generally includes 7 days with your flat-rate dumpster rental. However, you are welcome to keep the dumpster for longer at a low, daily rate. We have many customers that leave dumpsters on-site for weeks or even months at a time.
Will you automatically pick up my dumpster when the rental period is over?
We will not pick up your dumpster until you notify us that it is ready to be removed. You need to call our team and schedule a pickup before the last day of the agreed-upon rental period.
When will the dumpster be delivered?
Our roll-off dumpsters can be scheduled for delivery to you in as little as 24 hours from your call, and if you call in the morning, sometimes we can deliver the same-day. Nevertheless, it’s a good idea to call us 4-5 days out from when you’d like it delivered, as we will be better able to schedule the dumpster size that you want. When you speak to our team on the phone we will tell you exactly when you can expect your delivery.
Does the customer need to be present for delivery or pickup?
Yes, an on-site contact should be at the drop off location to receive the dumpster. We will guide the driver according to the instructions you have passed to us at the time of placing an order.
